Carrying cash from Sweden to Germany
Two separate rules apply to any cash journey: one where you leave, one where you arrive.
Do you need to declare?
No declaration is required. Sweden and Germany are both inside the EU customs area, and the EUR 10,000 rule applies only at the Union's external border: not to travel between member states. Carrying cash between them is treated like a domestic journey.

Sweden and Germany are both in the EU customs area, so no cash declaration is required on departure.
No declaration is required on arrival for travel within the EU.

Sweden uses SEK; Germany uses EUR.
