How much cash can you carry?
There is no limit on the amount, the obligation is to declare rather than to stay below a cap. Declare SGD 20,000 or more on entry to Singapore.

Use the CBNI declaration (via the Singapore Arrival Card or the official app).
If you do not declare
An offence under the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992.
